01. Introduction
“Inovadora Evolution” is a business certification issued by COTEC, built on a high-performance value creation and assessment system for European companies, grounded in ESG metrics. An evolution of its predecessor, Inovadora, the “Evolution” status reflects a company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability in line with updated European standards.
COTEC approached us to develop a new identity for this certification, building on the existing “Inovadora” framework - an established European benchmark for innovation and sustainability aligned with the latest ESG criteria.
At the core of this project lies the concept of evolution - a step forward not only for the brand, but for the future of sustainability and innovation in Europe. Ideas such as vitality, adaptability, and transformation are central to the new identity.

02. Rebranding
COTEC challenged us to recreate the brand while preserving recognition of the original logo. Easy peasy, right?
By refining the geometric inconsistencies of the original icon, we established a solid foundation for constructing the new symbol. The result is a natural evolution of the original mark, reflecting the need to move beyond rigid structures and embrace transformation and adaptability.
The color palette introduces vibrant yellows and greens, contrasted with deeper, subtly blue-toned shades. This approach references the familiar ESG color framework (Green = Environment, Blue = Social, Yellow = Governance), while deliberately distancing the brand from the conventional visual language of sustainability.



03. Digital Media
As a newly launched initiative, Inovadora Evolution relies heavily on online registration, making a strong digital presence essential. This was supported by a targeted digital marketing approach.
In collaboration with COTEC, our focus was on driving company registrations through impactful and engaging call-to-action content. We also developed a case study for the online platform, demonstrating how the brand operates seamlessly across the entire user journey, from initial awareness to final registration.
At the same time, there was a clear need to educate audiences about European sustainability standards and their broader benefits - not only for businesses, but for society as a whole. To address this, we created a range of social media content typologies, each tailored to specific audiences and objectives, along with a strategic marketing framework for COTEC to implement.
