Last Updated: 2026

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, rights, and responsibilities a service provider and a user must follow.

01.

Scope of Services.

We provide creative services including branding, design, and digital solutions.

Our work typically follows a structured process:

  • Initial inquiry;

  • Project evaluation and fit assessment;

  • Individual proposal and scope definition;

  • Project execution and delivery.

The exact scope of services is always defined individually in written proposals or agreements.

02.

Conclusion of Contract.

A contract is formed when:

  • A written offer is accepted;

  • A project is confirmed via email or a signed agreement.

We reserve the right to decline projects that are not aligned with our expertise, availability, or creative direction.

03.

Project Process & Collaboration.

Successful projects rely on clear communication and collaboration.

Our standard workflow includes:

  • Onboarding and briefing phase;

  • Concept development;

  • Feedback and revision cycles;

  • Final delivery.

Timelines depend on:

  • Project scope;

  • Client responsiveness;

  • Timely delivery of required materials.

04.

Prices & Payment Terms.

All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise agreed.
A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before the project starts.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion or at agreed milestones.

Late payments may result in:

  • Project delays;

  • Additional fees.

05.

Scope Changes & Additional Work.

Any work outside the agreed scope will be:

  • Evaluated separately;

  • Quoted separately;

  • Billed additionally.

We believe in transparency, no hidden costs, but also no unpaid extras.

06.

Revisions.

Unless otherwise agreed, a defined number of revision rounds is included in the project scope.

Additional revisions or major direction changes may be charged separately.

07.

Client Responsibilities.

The client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary materials and feedback in time;

  • Ensure that the provided content does not violate third-party rights.

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines.

08.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights.

All designs and creative work remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives agreed usage rights.

We retain the right to display the work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

09.

Project Cancellation.

If a project is canceled or paused by the client:

  • Work completed up to that point will be invoiced;

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

If a project is inactive for an extended period due to client delay, we reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule the project;

  • Adjust timelines and availability.

10.

Liability.

We are liable only for damages caused by:

  • Intentional misconduct;

  • Gross negligence.

We are not liable for:
